Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our products, Jo and Bart does not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. We encourage you to review the product details and any available previews carefully before making a purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items All sales are final for digital products once they are sent or downloaded. This includes but is not limited to e-books and digital content. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct item before completing your purchase.

Exchanges Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges once a purchase has been made. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product before buying.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period Notwithstanding our no-refund policy, if the product has not been downloaded and you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of the purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Refunds for EU Residents If you cancel your order before downloading the product and request a refund, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
